Each year, the World Meteorological Organisation (WMO), its members and the worldwide meteorological community around the world celebrate World Meteorological Day on 23rd March around a chosen theme. And this year the theme is "Understanding the cloud".

ACID means (Atomicity, Consistency, Isolation, Durability) is a set of properties of database transactions intended to guarantee validity even in the event of errors, power failures, etc.

In the context of databases, a sequence of database operations that satisfies the ACID properties and, thus, can be perceived as single logical operation on the data, is called a transaction. For example, a transfer of funds from one bank account to another, even involving multiple changes such as debiting one account and crediting another, is a single transaction.

Internal marketing is the process of motivating and empowering the employees of a company to work as a team for the overall well-being of the customers and thereby the company itself. This is actually the core to succes of a company. A harmonised effort  within the company is an utmost necessity to provide customers with services at a desired level.
