This document states the privacy policy of Sawaal and the Sawaal.com website (together with all other services provided directly or indirectly by Sawaal, including those services made available through application programmer interfaces (APIs) and services offered through third parties integrating Sawaal.com functionality, the "Services"), Sawaal.com software (together with all prior and subsequent versions, and all patches and updates thereto, the "Software"), and the Sawaal.com Web site, www.Sawaal.com (including all subpages thereto, the "Site"). This Privacy Policy forms part of the Terms of Service.
The Site, Services and Software (collectively, the "Sawaal.com Offerings") are not intended for use by anyone not able to enter into legally binding contracts. If you are not able to legally form binding contracts, you may not use the Sawaal.com Offerings or submit information about yourself. Without limiting the foregoing, the Sawaal.com Offerings are not intended for and may not be used by children under the age of 18, nor may they be used to solicit or collect any information from children under the age of 18. If you have objections to this Privacy Policy, you should not download, access, sign up for or use, as applicable, the Sawaal.com Offerings.

Sawaal.com General Privacy Principles

    * Your Personal Information is your own and you decide who will have access to it.
* You maintain rights to Your Personal Information, even if there is a business transition or policy change.
* You may add, delete, or modify Your  Personal Information at any time.
* Sawaal.com will not update or modify Your Information without your permission.
* Sawaal.com will not sell, exchange, or otherwise share Your Personal Information with third parties, unless required by law or in subject to your permission, or unless a part of supporting the Sawaal.com services as set forth in the Terms & Conditions of use..
* Sawaal.com does not send spam, maintain spam mailing lists, or support any activities of spammers.

Information Collection and Use

Your Information
When you, sign up for a Sawaal.com Online Web account, use our services through our Web site or via third parties integrating Sawaal.com functionality through our application programmer interfaces ("APIs") or otherwise, you may provide us with "Your Account Information," "Your Questions, Your Answers, Your Profile,"   etc.-some described in detail below (collectively, "Your Information").

    * Your Account Information: Your name and your e-mail address are required by Sawaal.com in order to provide you with the Software and Services. Sawaal.com will also ask you to provide a private password. You may also provide other information to Sawaal.com relating to various Sawaal.com Services and Offerings, including profile information such as physical location, Name, Email or passwords to third party offerings to enable Sawaal.com’s synchronization functionality. All of such information will become part of Your Account Information.
* Your Questions & Answers: When you join the Sawaal.com, you can Ask a Question or Answer any existing Questions on our website Sawaal.com. This information will be shared with other Sawaal.com users as part of the Sawaal.com service.Sawaal.com has all rights to use your information’s that means here as Questions & Answers.
* When you join the Sawaal.com, the purpose of this is to share certain information with other individuals using this service. The information you provide to the system will be shared in a manner that allows the Sawaal.com service to fulfill its purpose. The information shared with other users is solely shared for the purpose of creating a premier functionality for you as a user. Sawaal.com will not publish this information directly for any other purpose.

Information Sharing and Disclosure:

    * Your Account Information: This information is stored on Sawaal.com’s servers. Certain profile information you provide, including your name, email, Questions, Answers and your profile are displayed to people in the Sawaal.com to enable you to connect with other people and Members who list you in their own Contact Lists and/or who know your user name. Information included within Your Account Information of Sawaal.com or third party passwords, will not be shared with any outside parties other than as necessary to enable synchronization of third party services with the Sawaal.com Network pursuant to your account settings. If you forget your password, your password can be reset by following the Lost Password link, in which a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the registered e-mail address you specify. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and, since it allows access to Your Account Information, we recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone.
* Your Questions & Answers: You can ask any question or Answer any existing question using the Software and Site. The information you state on each Questions & Answers will be shared as part of the Sawaal.com functionality, and will be directly connected to certain information from Your Account Information. However this information will not contain direct personal information from Your Account Information, unless you have directly specified that this information should be public for all users of Sawaal.com.

Additionally, we may use Your Information:

    * For license reporting and assessment of service levels;
* To better understand on an aggregated basis how our products are used, gauge traffic patterns and determine what types of content and services are most popular with users of our products and services;
* To verify access rights to content, services or software;
* To provide you with information about Sawaal.com products, services, news and events through the Software, the Site or e-mail;
* To allow you to purchase and download Sawaal.com products and services; and/or
* To provide you with personalized content programming, instructions and services.

Limited Data Sharing with Third Parties
Sawaal.com is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only share Your Information with third parties in accordance with your instructions and in order to provide you specific services. Sawaal.com may also provide You with the ability to share or publish Your Information.

Although we will use every reasonable effort to preserve your privacy (and that of your Questions & Answers), we may need to disclose Your Information, including personally identifiable information, when required by law if we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on Sawaal.com and/or the Site. We will notify you of such actions where reasonable and permitted by law.
Rights to Your Information
You have the right to access, correct, update, and/or delete Your Information at any time. You can do so by using the Software or the Services, by logging into the Site with your username and password, or by contacting Sawaal.com directly. You will retain these rights even in the event of a business transition (see "Change of Ownership or Other Business Transition" section for more information).
Changes to Your Information are typically executed immediately.

Member Communications
We may send all new Members confirmation e-mails verifying the ownership of the e-mail addresses provided in Your Account Information. We also communicate with you to provide requested services and in regard to issues relating to your account.
Members may occasionally receive information on Sawaal.com products, services, news and events. Out of respect for your privacy, we present you with the option not to receive these communications. You may change your current setting by modifying your account preferences.

Children’s Privacy
Sawaal.com is committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. Sawaal.com’s Services, Software and Site are not intended for and may not be used by children under the age of 18. Sawaal.com does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18 and Sawaal.com does not target its Services, Software and Site to children under 18.
Government Authority
You should be aware that, as with all legal contracts, our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy could be amended, terminated or modified without the consent of you and/or Sawaal.com by judicial proceeding, court order, in connection with bankruptcy or other insolvency proceedings, or pursuant to other government action. When reasonable and lawful, we will notify you if this occurs.

Security and Confidentiality

    * If you forget your password, you will be asked to go on the Sawaal.com Web site to click a password reset link. This function will then send the password to the validated email address, as given by you in Your Profile Information.
* The Service uses Secure Socket Layer ("SSL") for the transmission of credit card numbers between web browsers and the Service.

Changes to the Sawaal.com Privacy Policy

If we change the Privacy Policy, we will post the new Privacy Policy on the Site with a link from the Site’s homepage, so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances-if any-we disclose it. Any substantive changes to the Sawaal.com Privacy Policy will be posted 30 days prior to taking effect.
We will generally use Your Information in accordance with the Privacy Policy under which the information was collected. If, however, we plan to use Your Information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify you via e-mail and/or through a notice on our Web site and any other appropriate methods and you will have a choice as to whether or not we use Your Information in this different manner. Whether or not you wish to have Your Information used in this different manner, you will retain ownership rights to Your Information and the ability to then you will not be contacted, nor will Your Information be used in this different manner.
