12 men's 6 day's work = 1/9 x 6 = 2/3

Remaining work = 1 - 2/3 = 1/3

16 men's 1 day work = 1/108 x 16 = 4/27
4/27 work is done by them in 1 day.

1/3 work is done by them in 27/4 x 1/3 = 9/4 days.

6n2+6n=6nn+1, which is always divisible by 6 and 12 both, since n(n+1) is always even.

Let the triangle and parallelogram have common base b, 

let the Altitude of triangle is h1 and of parallelogram is h2(which is equal to 100 m), then  

Area of triangle    = 12×b×h1 

Area of rectangle  = b*h2 

As per Given,

12*b*h1=b*h2

12*b*h1=b*100

 h1=200

 Let sum be Rs.x then, S.I. =Rs. [ x * (27/2) * 4 * (1/100) ] = Rs. 27x/50 

Amount =Rs [ x + (27x/50)] = Rs.77x/50 

=> 77X/50 = 2502.50  

=>X= (2502.50 * 50)/77 = 1625 

Hence Sum = Rs.1625

C.P. of 50 kg wheat = (30 * 11.50 + 20 * 14.25) = Rs. 630.

We know that   Speed=distancetime 

distance= speed * time

⇒ d=40×518×9

   d= 100 mts.

Use unitary method:

In  hours, 123 typists can type 984 paper

In 1 minute, 123 typists can type   = 246 papers

In 1 minute, 1 typist can type  =2 papers      [ Hint  hours = 4 minutes]

Relative speed = 42 + 36 = 78 km/hr = 653 m/s

Distance = (520 + 520) =1040 mts.

Time = 1040×365= 48 sec
