Micronutrients are ne tothe nutrients which our body requires for functioning and to maintain immune to micro organisms. They include 

1) Vitamins 

2) Minerals

• Vitamins: A,B1,B2,B3,B5,B6,B8,B9,B12,C,D,E,K.

• Major minerals: calcium, magnesium, chlorine, phosphorus, potassium and sodium.

• Oligo-elements (trace minerals): iron, copper, zinc, iodine, manganese, chromium, cobalt, selenium.

The thinnest layer is crust. It is about 100km. Where as mantle ranges upto 2900 km and the inner most core ranges upto 6300km.

There are mainly two types of call centers :

a) Inbound call centers – Inbound call centers are those which receive support or service calls from customers usually on a toll free number. For e.g. when you call up a bank to check the status of your request for credit card, it is an inbound call.

b) Outbound call centers – Outbound call centers are those in which the call center executives make calls to the customers. These calls are usually made to generate the leads or sales. For e.g. when you receive a call from a bank offering you a personal loan, it is an outbound call. 

The trick here is to follow the structure of the statement. The blank is followed by 'of' and thus the blank will take a filler that can be followed grammatically by 'of' and also manages to give a proper meaning. On the basis of these filters, none of the options except option 2 makes any sense.
