The Edwardian era (1901-1914) is the last period in British history to be named after the monarch who reigned over it. Although Edward VII reigned from 1901 to 1910 to be succeeded by George V, the Edwardian period is generally considered to have ended at the outbreak of the First World War in 1914.

The shadow zone is the area of the earth from angular distances of 104 to 140 degrees from a given earthquake that does not receive any direct P waves. The shadow zone results from S waves being stopped entirely by the liquid core and P waves being bent (refracted) by the liquid core.

There are two types of Shadow zones:

one for P waves and

one for S waves.

P wave shadows between 104-140 degree, both sides; S wave shadow from 105 of one side to 105 of the other.

With India's pledge to go all electric by 2030, Nagpur will be the first city in the country to adopt electric cabs as the country moves a step closer to its goal.

The pilot project will see around 200 e-cabs in Nagpur with the local body to provide for the charging stations across the city.
