Nonessential amino acids are produced by the human body either from essential amino acids or from normal protein breakdowns. Nonessential amino acids include:

• Aspartic acid

• Cysteine

• Glutamic acid

• Glutamine

• Proline

• Glycine

• Tyrosine

• Serine.
