The Basic Speed Law states that you must never drive faster than is safe for present conditions, regardless of the posted speed limit.

For example, if you are driving 60 kmph in 45 kmph zone, you are not in safe driving and you just not following the speed law.

Jammu and Kashmir Rifles is an infantry regiment of the Indian Army. It is a truly historic Indian Regiment raised by Maharaja Gulab Singh, the founder of the Dogra Kingdom in 1820.
