Given total number of boys in the school = 1500

In that 35% are Hindu, 30% are Sikh, 15% are Muslims

=> 35 + 30 + 15 = 80%

Remaining Boys = 100% - 80% = 20% of 1500

=> 20 x 1500/100 = 300 boys are Christians. 

Using pythagarous theorem,
distance travelled by first train = 36x5/18x30 = 300m
distance travelled by second train = 48x5/18x30 = 400m
so distance between them =√( 90000 + 160000) = √250000 = 500mts.

Let marks obtained by N = x

M's marks = 0.80x

L's marks = 1.25 (0.80x)

K's marks = (0.90) (1.25) (0.80x)

= 0.9x

But 0.9x = 360 ⇒ x = 400

Percentage of Marks obtained by N

= 400 x 100/500 = 80%

25 Jan, 1981 = (1980 years + Period from 1.1.1981 to 25.1.1981)

Odd days in 1600 years = 0

Odd days in 300 years = 1

80 years = (60 ordinary years + 20 leap year) = (60 x 1 + 20 x 2)= 2 odd days

Jan = 25 days = (3 weeks + 4 days) = 4 odd days.

Total number of odd days = (0 + 1 + 2 + 4) = 7= 0 odd day.

Given day is Sunday.

Each corresponding letter moves five places forward in the alphabet.
Here as BE is related to GJ then PS will relate to UX.

This would not mean that K and L will always be together. It just implies that, if K is there, then L will also be there.

At the same time, it can happen that L is there but K isn't.

Remember, the condition is on K, not on L.

 From the given data, 

p = 4/3(p - 9)

 => p = 36 years 

Hence, Ishika's present age = 36 years and

Her daughter's present age = 1/6 x 36 = 6 years 

Now, required her daughter’s age three years ago = 6 - 3 = 3 years.
