The reason: Directive principles are non-justiciable, while the Fundamental Rights are enforceable by the Courts, the Directives are not so enforceable by any court (Article 37). The courts cannot declare any law as void on the ground that it contravenes any of the directive Principles. There are so many experienced persons in board. May be they know something better than me. So I respect their ideas. There is much difference between changing and updating. Where changing results good outcome with bad. And whereas updating results more productivity and innovative thoughts. So first I will go for updating results and after that If I feel that change is inevitable than first of all I understand the company goals and environment, if there is any changes needed than I will change by taking suggestions from the respected experienced person for effective results.
