Where changing results good outcome with bad. And whereas updating results more productivity and innovative thoughts. So first I will go for updating results and after that If I feel that change is inevitable than first of all I understand the company goals and environment, if there is any changes needed than I will change by taking suggestions from the respected experienced person for effective results. Apart from that if no changes needed than I will give my best to the company as a board member....
