NADP - Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide Phosphate is one of the carrier molecules that transfers high-energy electrons from chlorophyll to other molecules.

NADP+ is the molecule that accepts the electrons given by water. Its reduction by the protein FNR (Ferredoxin NADP+ reductase) gives NADPH,H+.

NADPH,H+ can be used in the Calvin Cycle to reduce 1,3-Biphosphoglycerate (1,3-BPG) into Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate (G3P), a monosaccharide. It becomes NADP+ again and the cycle keeps repeating as long as the chloroplast receives sufficient and appropriate light.

The chief capacity of vitamin K is to help our blood clot so that we don't bleed too much.

Vitamin K is actually made up of two different types of vitamins, Vitamin K1 and Vitamin K2. They are both responsible for helping the blood to clot so that people do not bleed to death. Vitamin K1 can be consumed by eating leafy green vegetables, such as kale and spinach, as well as other vegetables, such as broccoli and collard greens. Meats, cheeses, and eggs can provide a great source of Vitamin K2.

1) If they use the same cutting board/counter to cut raw chicken, and other foods with out sanitizing in between. 

2) If they have a cold, flu, or pink eye and are handling food, coughing without covering their mouth, then washing their hands.

3) If they don't properly wash their vegetables.

4) Not storing foods at proper temperatures.

And so many other reasons for Food handlers can contaminate food.
