Neon is the element that is used in bright flashing advertising signs as Neon particulary gives bright color.

Ratio of length and breadth is 6 : 5
∴ Length = 6x
Breadth = 5x
∴ Area = l x b = 30x2
∴ Perimeter = 2 (l + b) = 2(6x + 5x) =22x
∴ (30*x*x)/(22x)= 60/11
∴ X = 4
∴ Length = 6x = 6 x 4 = 24 units

Let the required number be 'X'

Condition 1 :  

$$\begin{gathered} XX = 2X \\ => 2X2 = X \\ => X = 12 \end{gathered}$$

Condition 2 :

$$\begin{gathered} X × X = X2 \\ => X = 12 \end{gathered}$$

Therefore, 12 is the number which becomes double when it is divided by itself and becomes half when it is multiplied by itself.
