OSHA's mission is to protect the safety and health of America's workers. When the employer receives an OSHA citation, it must be posted for 3 days or until the violation is fixed.

The rising inflation means that the interest payments have less and less purchasing power. And the principal, when it is repaid after several years, will buy substantially less than it did when the investor first purchased the bonds.

Original jurisdiction means that the court has the right to hear the case firsthand while appellate jurisdiction means that the court will hear an appeal that came from a court of original jurisdiction.

In terms of jurisdiction, the Supreme Court has Original jurisdiction and appellate jurisdiction.
