Let the cost price of 1 article = Rs. 1

From the given data,

Then, the selling price of 1 article = 22/18 = 11/9

Then, Profit = SP - CP = 11/9 - 1 = 2/9

Required, profit % = Profit/CP x 100

= [(2/9)/1] x 100

= 200/9

= 22.222%.

Here the puzzle follows the logic that

Right side number = sum of the number on the left side and the previous number on the left side

=> 6 = 4+2

=> 10 = 6+4

=> ? = 16+10 = 26.
