The interval between object pass the same point is 4 sec.

That means in 2 sec, object reaches the top and in next 2 sec, it again reaches the same point.

By the info given, we can find the velocity of that point by using : v=u+(-gt)

0= u - 10×2

u = 20

Then the velocity at 25m is 20m/sec.

so the initial velocity is

It is given train X leave station A at 6:30 am, here it is asked to calculate the distance from A when the trains meet, the
Distance traveled by train left at 6:30 am upto 7:40 am i.e. in 1 hr. 10 min. or 7/6 hours = 30 x 7/6 = 35 km
So train leaving at 7:40 am will meet first train after covering a distance of 35 km. with relative speed of 40-30=10 km/hr.
Hence time taken = 35/10 = 3.5 hours or 3 hours 30 minutes
So distance from A = Distance traveled by 2nd train in 3 hr. 30 min
= 40 x 3.5 = 140 km.

If you read newspaper daily, then you may be aware of the four coloured dots on the corner of the newspaper. 

The four dots CMYK — blue (Cyan), pink (Magenta), Yellow and black (Kalio) are registration marks used during printing to help ensure the print is aligned properly. Any colour can be obtained by adding the correct proportion of these four colours.

CMYK is used as a base for the colours used in printing newspapers, and these four colours are often printed on the paper in either a heart, dot, or square shape.

To print an image, the plates of all these colours are laid out on a page separately and lined up in the same spot while printing. If those four dots are blur or you find the colours overlapping on the image it means the printing is not good. To print an accurate and perfect image, the colors and shape must be arranged precisely and must be claear sharp in order to get the best output.

That's why CMYK is also called registration mark. As physically checking all the pages of the paper is not possible for a printer who prints number of news papers daily, he just checks these dots.

Let the original speed and time is S and T
then distance = S x T
Now the speed changes to 2/3S and T is T+20
As the distance is same
S x T = 2/3Sx(T+20)
solving this we get t = 40 minutes
=40/60 = 2/3 hour

As the frequency of sound is higher, women have shriller voices than men.

The shrillness or pitch of a sound is determined by its frequency. The higher the pitch shriller the voice. As the sounds produced by vocal cords of women are higher than men so women have shriller voices than men. Because their vocal cord is of smaller size. As their vocal cord is more stretched than men's.
