The 12th five year plan period was from 2012 to 2017. But from 2015, Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India replaced this planning commission of India by NITI Aayog. 

The main theme of the 12th five year plan was "faster, sustainable and more inclusive growth".

The Article I, Section 2 of the Constitution, tells that the seats in the House of Representatives are allotted among the states by population, as controlled by the evaluation led at regular intervals i.e, for every ten years.

Each state is qualified for something like one Representative, anyway little its population.

The condition of blockage of the artery due to plaque deposition in the walls which can lead to stroke or heart attack is called Atherosclerosis.

The condition in which the stiffening or hardening of the arteries is called as Arteriosclerosis.
