Let the total capacity of tank be 90 liters.
Capacity of tank filled in 1 minute by K = 3 liters.
Capacity of tank filled in 1 minute by L = 15 liters.
Therefore, capacity of the tank filled by both K and L in 1 minute = 18 liters.
Hence, time taken by both the pipes to overflow the tank = 90/18 = 5 minutes.

Given A alone can fill the tank of capacity 240 lit in 16 hrs.

=> A can fill in 1 hr = 240/16 = 15 lit

=> B alone can fill the tank of capacity 240 lit in 12 hrs.

=> B can fill in 1 hr = 240/12 = 20 lit

Now, (A + B) in 1 hr = 15 + 20 = 35 lit

But they are opened for 2 hrs

=> 2 x 35 = 70 lit rae filled

Remaining water to be filled in tank of 240 lit = 240 - 70 = 170 lit.

As we know we have 10 letter and 10 different address and one more information given that exactly 9 letter will at the correct address....so the remaining one letter automatically reach to their correct address
P(E) = favorable outcomes /total outcomes
Here favorable outcomes are '0'.
So probability is '0'.

For solving this problem first we would break the whole range in 5 sections

1) From 1 to 9

Anu = (Raj + 5) + 9

Raj = (Renu - 4) + 7

= Renu + 3 ------- (II)

Raj's age = 19 + 3 = 22 years

After 5 years Anu's age = 22 + 14 + 5 = 41 years
