The cell carries out the metabolic processes and it grows during interphase.

The small intestine is the main area of the GI tract for absorption.

The small intestine has three separate sections. Theyare :

1. The duodenum

2. Jejunum and

3. Ileum.

Hence, the majority of nutrient absorption occurs in the duodenum and jejunum of small intestine.

The nervous system of the human brain consists of the central nervous system which has brain and the spinal cord and the peripheral nervous system which has perpheral, cranary, spinal nerves.
