Endocrine glands are glands of the endocrine system that secrete their products, hormones, directly into the blood rather than through a duct.

The major glands of the endocrine system include the

pineal gland,

pituitary gland,

pancreas,

ovaries,

testes,

thyroid gland,

parathyroid gland,

hypothalamus and

adrenal glands.

Vivipary means germination even when attached to the mother plant. Usually the saline marsh plants (Halophytes) have their seeds growing even when they are inside the fruits attached to the tree.

Eukaryotic cells contain membrane-bound organelles, including a nucleus. Eukaryotes can be single-celled or multi-celled, such as you, me, plants, fungi, and insects.

Whereas Prokaryotic cells do not contain a nucleus or any other membrane-bound organelle. Bacteria are an example of prokaryotes.
