During the light reactions of photosynthesis the energy from sunlight is absorbed by the pigment chlorophyll present in the chloroplasts of the leafs.

Most cellular activities will occur in the cytoplasm of the cell. Many metabolic pathways including glycolysis and process such as cell division occurs in the cytoplasm of the cell.

The lymphatic system is a complex system of fluid drainage and transport, and immune response and disease resistance. Fluid that is forced out of the bloodstream during normal circulation is filtered through lymph nodes to remove bacteria, abnormal cells and other matter. This fluid is then transported back into the bloodstream via the lymph vessels. Lymph only moves in one direction, toward the heart.

The building blocks of the nucleic acids are "Nucleotides".

Each nucleotide are composed of three parts. They are ::

1.Pentose sugar

2.Nitrogenous bases

3.Phosphoric acid.

In the first step of DNA replication called initiation, the DNA pair gets unwidened.
