Executive Branch of government is responsible for enforcing laws.

Legislative branch is made of two houses. 

1. Congress - the Senate and

2. House of Representatives.

Senate- composed of 100 senators two for each states - Vice President of USA is president of Senate.

House of Representatives - The House of Representatives is made up of 435 elected members, divided among the 50 states in proportion to their total population.

The Deputy Chairman of the Rajya Sabha presides over the proceedings of the Rajya Sabha in the absence of the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha. The Deputy Chairman is elected internally by the Rajya Sabha.

Deficit spending means spending more than the income getting. A government need to take debts for deficit spending.
