Federalism ::

Federalism is a system based upon democratic rules and institutions in which the power to govern is shared between national and provincial/state governments, creating what is often called a federation.

Federalism is a political concept in which a group of members are bound together with a governing representative head. 

Federalism enables the state and the national government to share power.

Romans (753 BC - AD 410) began public health and sanitation systems.

Romans established the first public health and sanitation systems by building sewers and aqueducts.

They also treated diseases with diet, exercise and meditation.

The followers of Islam religion is called Muslims.

According to Muslims, God sent prophets to mankind to teach them how to live according to His law. Muhammad is believed by Muslims to be the last prophet sent by God (Allah). The Muslim holy book is called the Quran.

Testing is a process used for revealing defects in s/w and for establishing that the s/w has attained a specific degree of quality.

The s/w testing group’s main objective is to ensure that the s/w is doing what it is supposed to do as well as the s/w is not doing what it is not supposed to do. With this objective, it is clear that it is necessary to have a separate group for testing the s/w other than the group which developed it.

Also, bugs in the s/w can cause severe monetary as well as other loss to the organization. So it is important to allocate some budget for the testing group.

Skimming is the removal of any material or particles that are floating on the surface. Hence, Removal of oil and grease from sewage - waste water is called as skimming.
