Vitamins are essential nutrients found in foods. They perform specific and vital functions in a variety of body systems, and are crucial for maintaining optimal health.

The two different types of vitamins are fat-soluble vitamins and water-soluble vitamins.

Fat-soluble vitamins :

 Vitamins A, D, E and K — dissolve in fat before they are absorbed in the bloodstream to carry out their functions. Excesses of these vitamins are stored in the liver, and are not needed every day in the diet.

Water-soluble vitamins :

Vitamins dissolve in water and are not stored by the body. Since they are eliminated in urine, we require a continuous daily supply in our diet. The water-soluble vitamins include the vitamin B-complex group and vitamin C.

Water-soluble vitamins are easily destroyed or washed out during food storage or preparation.

The process of conversion of sugar to alcohol is called Fermentation in which sugar is coverted to alcohol with the help of yeast.

The main simple sugar found in fruit is Fructose. Glucose is found naturally occurring in fruits and other plants. But fructose is sweeter than glucose and can give you more energy. That's why a piece of fruit in the morning will give you more energy than a cup of coffee!

Fructose is what gives most fruits that sweet flavor and in combination with the acids present in certain fruits can give a pleasantly tangy flavor.

One way is shorting the two inputs of the NAND gate and passing the input.

The second way is passing the input to only one input (say A) of the NAND gate. Since the other input  (say B is floating, it is always logic one.
