It is the Interphase, which occurs after cytokinesis. And in interphase we have 3 stages likely G1, G2 and S phase. After cytokinesis we get G1 phase.

Julius Robert Oppenheimer was an American theoretical physicist and professor of physics at the University of California, Berkeley. Each state is qualified for something like one Representative, anyway little its population.
