1848 AD

Holland is also known as Netherlands, which means "Low lands". Dutch Engineers reclaimed considerable part of the seabed by building dykes and pumping out the sea water into canals. Some houses in Holland are below sea level. Belgium has also Low lands  bordering the North Sea and dykes are constructed to control the encroachment of the sea.

The Kerala Infrastructure and Technology for Education (KITE) is the platform that can be used to train teachers, students and the general public. KOOL is a major step by the State of Kerala to become Indias first complete digital state in Education.

KOOL has been designed in a MOOC (Massive Open Online Course model), which is becoming popular worldwide.
