Our response to this shouldn’t be a negative one. Instead, affirm the interviewers that we can work with a team or even individually. It does not matter if we are team member or a team leader, as long as we tell them what we can do then it surely helps.

Countless potential customers in retail shops go unnoticed every day. It is often this attitude of indifference that leads people to shop at other places. Let your interviewer know that you are not afraid to introduce yourself to customers, and that you will not be hiding in the back restocking something.

Like many other profession, customer service jobs have work ethics and rules that must be obeyed. With this, stick to the complaint procedure. Tell them we don’t need to rush things and submit complaints to highest official. Instead, approach the team leader first, the administrator and so on.

Attraction : Anything/object/activity, which attracts tourists and attach with it.

Amenities : Extra facilities, service added with attraction, accessibility and accommodation to create tourism. It includes trust, friendship, hospitality, etc.

Back of the house : Staffs who are not directly involved in providing service. Guests rarely interact with them
