Cretinism is a disease caused by hypothyroidism(less thyroxine formation).The symptoms of the disease are retardation  of mental, physical and sexual developments. Potbellt, protruding tongue, dry skin etc are also indicative of this disease.

A cumulene is a hydrocarbon with three or more cumulative double bonds. They are analogous to allenes, only having a more extensive chain. The simplest molecule in this class is butatriene, which is also called simply cumulene.
