4 + 4 = 4 * 4+1 = 4 * 5 = 20

5 + 5 = 5 * 5+1 = 5 * 6 = 30

6 + 6 = 6 * 6+1 = 6 * 7 = 42

7 + 7 = 7 * 7+1 = 7 * 8 = 56

Similarly

9 + 9 = 9 * 9+1 = 9 * 10 = 90.
