There are so many experienced persons in board. May be they know something better than me. So I respect their ideas. There is much difference between changing and updating. Where changing results good outcome with bad. And whereas updating results more productivity and innovative thoughts. So first I will go for updating results and after that If I feel that change is inevitable than first of all I understand the company goals and environment, if there is any changes needed than I will change by taking suggestions from the respected experienced person for effective results.
