BRICS is basically an association of 5 major emerging national economies: Brazil, Russia,China, India and South Africa.

BRIC was coined in Foreign Ministerial meeting of Brazil,Russia,China and India in Newyork in Sept 2006. BRIC officialy came in existance in 2009 at Yekaterinburg,Russia.

At start group was named as BRIC, but after being formally invited by the BRIC countries to join the group, South Africa officially became a member nation on 24 December 2010, and the group was renamed BRICS.

It provides a framework for discussing network operations and design

*  The Gulf of Mexico, bordered by the United States, Mexico, and the island nation of Cuba, is the worlds largest gulf.

*  It has a coastline of about 5,000 kilometers (3,100 miles).

*  The Gulf of Mexico is connected to the Atlantic Ocean by the Straits of Florida, between Cuba and the U.S. state of Florida.

*  It is largely surrounded by the North American continent.

As there is no atmosphere surrounding the moon, the second from any band that is played there cannot travel outwards there is no material medium surrounding if for its propagation.
