In 1975, a party called khmer Rouge had taken control of Cambodia under the leader ship of Pol Pot. The Government of Pol pot established a regime of terror in Cambodia and started following a policy of genocide against its own people.

A nutrient is a substance used by an organism to survive, grow, and reproduce. These are compounds in foods essential to life and health, providing us with energy.

There are two types of nutrients:

1. Organic Nutrients
2. Inorganic Nutrients

Carbohydrates (CHO), Lipids (fats), Proteins and Vitamins come under organic nutrients as they contain carbon. These can add fat to the body.

Minerals and Water come under inorganic nutrients as they lack in carbon. These cannot add fat to the body.

Although well known as one of the most iconic dinosaurs, Brontosaurus (the 'thunder lizard') has long been considered misclassified. Since 1903, the scientific community has believed that the genus Brontosaurus was in fact the Apatosaurus.
