Provisions of the Indian Independence Act, 1947. There were six primary provisions in the ‘Indian Independence Act’ 1947.

The act provides for a five-year term of office to the panchayat at every level. However, it can be dissolved before the completion of its term.the state legislature shall provide for the reservation of offices of chairperson in the panchayat at the village or any other level for the SCs and STs. The state legislature may make provisions with respect to the maintenance of accounts by the panchayats and the auditing of such accounts.

NADPH,H+ can be used in the Calvin Cycle to reduce 1,3-Biphosphoglycerate (1,3-BPG) into Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate (G3P), a monosaccharide. It becomes NADP+ again and the cycle keeps repeating as long as the chloroplast receives sufficient and appropriate light.

BharatNet is a project of national importance to establish, by 2017, a highly scalable network infrastructure accessible on a non-discriminatory basis, to provide on demand, affordable broadband connectivity of 2 Mbps to 20 Mbps for all households and on demand capacity to all institutions, to realise the vision of Digital India, in partnershipwith States and the private sector. The entire project is being funded by Universal service Obligation Fund (USOF), which was set up for improving telecom services in rural and remote areas of the country. The objective is to facilitate the delivery of e-governance, e-health, e-education, e-banking, Internet and other services to the rural India.
