The four pillars of smart planning are vital to the success of Smart Cities and the Regional Smart City Initiative. While each is important in its own way, the four are interdependent. These are MOBILITY, SUSTAINABILITY, CONNECTIVITY and SECURITY.

Presently, there are 226 flood forecasting stations consisting of 166 level forecasting stations for villages and towns and 60 inflow forecasting stations for reservoirs/dams/barrages in the country. Existing flood forecasting network covers 22 States / Union Territories and 19 major river basins / sub-basins in the country.

1) If they use the same cutting board/counter to cut raw chicken, and other foods with out sanitizing in between. 

2) If they have a cold, flu, or pink eye and are handling food, coughing without covering their mouth, then washing their hands.

3) If they don't properly wash their vegetables.

4) Not storing foods at proper temperatures.

And so many other reasons for Food handlers can contaminate food.

A rotameter is a flow meter that measures volumetric flow of liquids and gases.

The temperature danger zone for the food that cannot be stored for long time is between 5 degrees to 63 degrees centigrade.
