When an interviewer asks you, "Why should we hire you?" she is really asking, "What makes you the best fit for this position?" 

How To Approach the Answer ::

1. Keep It Concise

You want your answer to be brief - no more than a minute or two long.

2. Focus on Your Uniqueness

The interviewer wants to know how you stand out among the other applicants.

Therefore, focus on one or two qualities you possess that are different from what other interviewees might offer, or are more difficult to find in candidates generally.

3. Mention Any Experience You Have ::

The primary focus of your answer should be to match your qualifications, certifications, experience and skills with their job needs. Mention key strengths and give examples that connect with the company and the job requirements.

For Example ::

" I think and believe that my experience and familiarity with the industry and my ability to work autonomously make me best suitable for this position."

Being able to adapt to change in the workplace is an essential skill to possess because change is inevitable. The interviewer would like to know about a time you were required to adapt to change in the workplace. 

Sample answer in my view is to be "In my current management position, it was a lot of change to handle in a short time, especially being unsure of who to report to ahead of others and it took a little while to adjust. The training component of my staff was not easy either. However, in the end, it was worth it to secure such a high profile."

I am a fast learner, as I had to learn a totally new operating system in my last job and I was up and running within a couple of weeks.

As you require someone who can perform wide range of administrative work, I have a track record of carrying different tasks efficiently and effectively.

I have the right combination of skills and experiance for this job. I also bring the additional quality of strong analytical and problem solving ability as shown by my introduction of a more efficient work flow system at some company.
