Warfarin (Coumadin) is used to slow blood clotting. By helping the blood clot, vitamin K might decrease the effectiveness of warfarin (Coumadin).

Let the total capacity of tank be 90 liters.
Capacity of tank filled in 1 minute by K = 3 liters.
Capacity of tank filled in 1 minute by L = 15 liters.
Therefore, capacity of the tank filled by both K and L in 1 minute = 18 liters.
Hence, time taken by both the pipes to overflow the tank = 90/18 = 5 minutes.

It is a program that is known to rehabilitate chronic violators of the driving laws in California. It consists of a series of computer generated warning letters and sanctions against violators. It affects drivers with age 18 years old and above in California.

The actions in this program are based on "negligent operator points" that is being recorded every time period.
