Resistivity :

Resistivity is a measure of the resistance to the flow of electrons. 

Conductivity :

Conductivity is just the inverse of resistivity, σ = 1/ρ, where σ is conductivity and ρ is resistivity.

Example:

Think of a pipe and water, the bigger the pipe, the easier water can flow and thus the lower the resistance. 

Silver is the best conductor of both heat and electricity among metals with a thermal conduction value of about 430 W/(mK).

Gold and copper both come respectably close to silver.

Copper being significantly less costly it is often chosen over silver in many applications.

India's first Indian Institute of Skills will get in 3 locations viz. Mumbai, Kanpur and Ahmedabad in the country. Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship has approved the proposal to set up Indian Institute of Skills (IISs) on Not-for-profit Public Private Partnership (N-PPP) basis.

The reason behind these institutes is to promote further growth of the Indian Skills sector overall, new measures have been initiated by the Government of India to establish state of the art training institutions called Indian Institutes of Skill (IISs).
