Dispur will make CT scans, X-rays and blood tests free in all government hospitals in Assam except those in the medical colleges. Health minister Himanta Biswa Sarma informed the Assembly during question hour that chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal will inaugurate the new scheme on May 11. The service will be outsourced to a private organisation but the cost will be borne by the government. The free service – not for medical colleges – will be started with 35 hospitals and expanded to 500 smaller health centres.

The biggest concern is the cost incurred for test automation. Also, often s/w test automation requires skilled personnel and authentic test automation tools. Purchasing license of such tools is a costly affair.

Also the time required for test automation is more. Automation often requires recording the sequence of operations you need to perform in order to execute a particular test case and comparing the final o/p with the expected o/p. Functions/macros need also be written sometimes for some test cases. All this could be a time consuming job. 

The SCPCA method can be used to evaluate channel members.

a) Sales (S): How much sales each channel member can give within a cetain time frame

b) Cost(C): How much cost would be incurred for each channel?

c) Profitability(P): Which channel can give better profitability to the company?

d) Control(C): Whether company can have better control over its channel members or not.

e) Adaptability (A): Whether the channel alternatives are flexible enough to any changes or not. The channel meeting the objectives of the company is selected
