Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) across India responsible for recruiting new employees in the Indian Railways. Various posts that you can apply for after class 12 are

SSC Recruitment Exam
After 12th 2–3 exams conducted by SSC. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) exam, Stenographer exam in order to recruit candidates for the posts of Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC)/ Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), Postal Assistant (PA)/ Sorting Assistant (SA), and Data Entry Operator (DEO).

Some More Preferred Competitive Exams
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-PG) is an all India level entrance exam for graduate students who wish to study postgraduate medical course (MD/ MS) in government or private medical colleges of India. It is conducted by the NATBOARD.
JIPMER PG Medical Entrance Exam
Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) PG Entrance Exam is conducted for admission to MD / MS course. This medical entrance exam is conducted once in a year.
Common Admission Test (CAT)
Common Admission Test (CAT) is conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) every year. It is an all India level entrance exam for admission to the Post-graduate and Fellow Programmes in the management courses offered by the IIM’s as well as many management institutes all across the country.
The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is an all India entrance examination conducted annually for admission to Nineteen (19) National Law Universities for their under-graduate and post-graduate degree programs. CLAT Exam is taken after Class 12th for admission to integrated under graduation programmes in Law and after Graduation in Law for Master of Laws(LL.M) programmes conducted by these law universities.
