1. Filing an RTI application with the Delhi government is now just a click away. Delhi became the second state to launch e-RTI portal that will enable citizens to file online Right to Information (RTI). Maharashtra is the first state to launch the online RTI platform.

2. The portal launched recently will enable citizens to file RTI and seek information related to 172 departments of the Delhi government including the office of the CM and his ministers.

3. The e-RTI portal, which has been designed by the National Informatics Centre (NIC), includes filling of application, payment of fees and getting replies online.

Starting with the 10 at the top, one set of numbers increases by 3 each time, written in alternate boxes as you move down the diagram, and the other set of numbers decreases by 2,written in the boxes remaining

 It is a strange sequence. Each number describes the resemblance of the previous one, except the first one.

11 describes the previous '1' which contains one '1'

21 describes the previous '11' which contains two '1'

1211 describes the previous '21' which contains one '2' and one '1'

111221 describes the previous '1211' which contains one '1', one '2' and two '1'.

So the next sequence will be 312211, that is the previous '111221' contains three '1', two '2' and one '1'.

IP address is currently 4 bytes long. An IP address is written in "dotted decimal" notation, which is 4 sets of numbers separated by period each set representing 8-bit number ranging from (0-255).
