We know that, 60 minutes = 1 Hour. Similarly, 60 seconds = 1 Minute.

Therefore, Minute is to hour as second is to Minute.

As satya is 60% efficient as Hari, then

Satya = 1/24 x 60/100 = 1/40

=> Satya can do total work in 40 days

Then according to the given data,

 W x 20 = (W-12) x 32

 => W = 32

The logic in the given puzzle is 

Addition of numeric values of corresponding letters in the first three figures gives respective corresponding letter in fourth figure. 

i.e, A = 1 , W = 23 , B = 2 => 2 + 1 + 23 =26 = 'Z'

Similarly, L = 12, K = 11 , A = 1 => 1 + 11 + 12 = 24 = 'X'

Here the missing letter is 'X'.
