When I was working on a software employment team at XYZ Company, we took over one more company and had to turn many clients to a new product in a short period of time. It took a lot of planning, hard work, time and effort, but we were able to finish the project in a timely manner.

Look for the existence of the following items:

- Generic Data Models

- An Enterprise Data Platform

- Identify the Data Sources

- Selection of a MDM Product

- Implementation of a Customer Master Index or appropriate alternative

Business facts or measures and foreign keys are persisted in fact tables which are referred as candidate keys in dimension tables. Additive values are usually provided by the fact tables which acts as independent variables by which dimensional attributes are analyzed.

Attributes that are used to constrain and group data for performing data warehousing queries are persisted in the dimension tables.

Overloading allows multiple functions to exist with same name but different parameters. Again if you take bike as an example, it has a function “Start” with two forms i.e. ’Auto Start’ and ’kick start’.

Basic Replication : Basic replication is implemented using standard CREATE SNAPSHOT or CREATE MATERIALIZED VIEW statements. It can only replicate data and not procedures, indexes replication is always one-way, and snapshot copies are read only.

Advanced Replication : Advanced replication supports various configurations of updatable snapshot, multi-master and update anywhere replication. It is more difficult to configure but allows data and other database objects like indexes and procedures to be replicated.

Differences between Basic and Advanced replications:

- With basic replication, data replicas provide read-only access to the table data whereas advanced replication features extend the capabilities of basic read-only replication by allowing applications to update table replicas throughout a replicated database system.

- With Basic Replication applications can query data from local data replicas. On the other hand with advanced replication, data replicas anywhere in the system can provide both read and update access to a table's data.

A protected method may only be accessed by classes or interfaces of the same package or by subclasses of the class in which it is declared.

IDENTIFICATION DIVISION and PROGRAM-ID paragraph are mandatory for a compilation error free COBOL program.

The main difference lies in the motive of the two parties. The main motive of the hedger is to hedge(minimize) the risk from the occurence of some events. 

The motive of the speculator is to gamble in the market in order to make the profit by buying/selling the derivative products.
