Intents are created to define an action that we want to perform and the launches the appropriate activity from another application.

- The principle of least privilege is used to provide more security to the computer programs. 

- The principle allows the designing of the program such that any unauthorized access is not allowed and only the person who owns the program will be able to access it. 

- The services provided should be able to access only those products that need the services. 

- Web servers that are involved in responding the queries of the web users provide only accessing to the HTML files that will serve the purpose of the programs.

These are accessibility modifiers. Private is the most restrictive, while public is the least restrictive. There is no real difference between protected and the default type (also known as package protected) within the context of the same package, however the protected keyword allows visibility to a derived class in a different package.

A throw is used to throw an exception manually, where as throws is used in the case of checked exceptions, to tell the compiler that we haven't  handled the exception, so that the exception will be handled by the calling function.

Overriding is a method with the same name and arguments as in a parent, whereas overloading is the same method name but different arguments
