Steps for merging cells :

1. Select which you want to merge

2. After selecting right click on that highlightened cells to get format cells option.

3. Click format cells to merge get merge option.

Milk = 3/5 x 20 = 12 liters, water = 8 liters

If 10 liters of mixture are removed, amount of milk removed = 6 liters and amount of water removed = 4 liters.

Remaining milk = 12 - 6 = 6 liters

Remaining water = 8 - 4 = 4 liters

From the given data,

Let the two gits of a number be x & y

A) x + y = 15

B) x2 - y2 = 45

(x+y) (x - y) = 45

C) x - y = 3

From any 2 of the given 3 statements, we can find that 2 digit number as 

2x = 18 => x = 9

=> y = 6
