These are same as 12 S of the Z, 64 S on a C, 19 C in CB, 8 S on SS, ...

19 C in a CB means 19 Coins in a Carrom Board.

We have 9 white coins, 9 black coins and one red coin in a carrom board.

In the given puzzle the logic is

2 x 1 + 1 = 2 + 1 = 3

3 x 2 + 2 = 6 + 2 = 8

4 x 3 + 3 = 12 + 3 = 15

5 x 4 + 4 = 20 + 4 = 24

6 x 5 + 5 = 30 + 5 = 35

Similarly,

7 x 6 + 6 = 42 + 6 = 48

7 = 48.

Non collision can happen only when all the cars move in same direction.

That is either all cars moving in clockwise direction or all cars moving in anti clockwise direction.
P(all cars not colliding)

= P(all cars moving in the same direction)

= P(all cars moving in clockwise direction)  +  P(all cars moving in anticlockwise direction)

= [p(A --> C) x p(C --> B) x p(B --> A)]  +  [p(A --> B) x p(B --> C) x p(C --> A)]

= [1/2 x 1/2 x 1/2] + [1/2 x 1/2 x 1/2]

= 1/8 + 1/8

= 1/4

The rule followed here is

7 + 3 - 4 = 6

Similarly,

4 + 2 - 2 = 4

9 + 5 - 4 = 10

Hence, the missing numbers are 4 & 10.

You have to actually count all the balls in the pyramid.
Simple way is to count the balls in each level.

So lower most level lets say 1st level has 4 x 4 balls; i.e. 16 balls
Similarly 2nd level has 3 x 3 balls; i.e. 9 balls.
3rd level has 2 x 2 balls; i.e. 4 balls.
The top most level has just 1 ball.

So the total number of balls is 16+9+4+1 = 30.

So the image has 30 Balls in all.
