Should the articles of only deserving authors be allowed to be published 

Arguments:

1. Yes. It will save a lot of paper which is in short upply

2. No. It is not possible to draw a line between the deserving and the undeserving

Should India create a huge oil reserve inorder to face some difficult situations in future 

Arguments:

1. No. There is no need to block huge amounts of foreign exchange and keep the money die

2. Yes. This will keep India withstand shocks of sudden rise in oilprices due to un forseen circumstances

Should there be an upper age limit of 65 years for contesting parlimentary/Legislative Assembly elections?

1. Yes. Generally ,people above the age of 65 years lose their dynamism and will power

2. No. The life span is also increased that people remain physically and mentally active even upto age of 80 years

1. Yes. It develops fanaticism in people

2. No. Religion binds people together
