Time taken by both Meghana and Ganesh to work together is given by =

t1 x t2

Where

Therefore, time took by both to work together = 

32 x 252 = 16 x 25 = 4 x 5 = 20 hrs

Given length of the rectangle = 3 cm

Breadth of the rectangle = 4 cm

Then, the diagonal of the rectangle D = 32 + 42 = 25 = 5

Then, it implies side of square = 5 cm

We know that Area of square = S x S = 5 x 5 = 25 sq.cm.

NOTE: For a century year,it is divided by 400 and leaving a ramainder of 0 results a leap year.

So,2400 when divided by 400 leaves a remainder 0.

We may divide the 8 students as follows

Speed of train relative to man = 67 - 7 = 60 km/hr.
= 60 x 5/18 = 50/3 m/sec.

Time taken to pass the man = 600 x 3/50 = 36 sec.

C.I. =Rs[4000x(1+10/100)²-4000]

Rs.(4000x11/10x11/10-4000) = Rs.940.
