An agreement between an IT service provider and another part of the same organization. An OLA supports the IT service provider's delivery of services to customers. The OLA defines the goods or services to be provided and the responsibilities of both parties.

* For an example there be an OLA - between the IT service provider and a acquiring department to obtain hardware in discussed times - between the Service Desk and a support group to provide Incident resolution in accepted times.

In the early 1950s two scientists, Rosalind Franklin and Maurice Wilkins, studied DNA using x-rays. Franklin produced an x-ray photograph that allowed two other researchers, James Watson and Francis Crick to work out the 3D structure of DNA. The structure of DNA was found to be a double helix.

Supreme Court collegium has selected senior advocate Indu Malhotra as the first woman lawyer to be directly appointed as a judge of the apex court.

Along with Malhotra, Uttarakhand High Court Chief Justice KM Joseph has also been promoted as a Supreme Court justice.

Malhotra holds the distinction of being only the second woman in Supreme Court’s history to be designated as a senior advocate in 2007.

In all, Malhotra is going to be the seventh woman judge since independence to make it to the Supreme Court.

At present, Justice R Banumathi is the lone woman judge in the apex court.

Application software are software used by the user to perform specific task. They are installed according to the user's requirements.
