Appetite is the desire to eat food, sometimes due to hunger. Appetite is triggered by environmental cues such as the smell or taste of food. Appealing foods can stimulate appetite even when hunger is absent.

2. Passive transport is the movement of molecules or ions from an area of higher to lower concentration. Passive transport occurs because of the entropy of the system, so additional energy isn't required for it to occur.

3. Active transport requires energy to proceed, while passive transport does not require the input of extra energy to occur.

Water is capable of dissolving a variety of different substances, which is why it is such a good solvent.

And, water is called the "universal solvent" because it dissolves more substances than any other liquid
