A cold front is defined as the transition zone where a cold air mass is replacing a warmer air mass. A cold front usually bring the temperature down by more than 15 deg and heavy rainfall with thundering and lighting.

A duty or task that needs to be fulfilled is a responsibility that needs to happen.

For example : a doctor has his own task or responsibility, a police, a lawyer, etc... all have their own responsibilities.

The Homestead Strike was when, in 1892, Andrew Carnegie reduced wages at his steel mills in Homestead, Pennsylvania and the union workers refused to accept the cut. The company locked out the union workers and hired nonunion labor and 300 armed guards. The locked out workers gathered weapons and , on July 6, a battle broke out killing ten people.
