Phosphorescence is a phenomenon associated with an algal division called euglenophytes. 

Phosphorescence is a phenomenon when an object is capable of releasing photons of light at a longer wavelength in response to absorbing light of a shorter wavelength. The object releasing the light only releases the light after some time has passed since it absorbed the light of a short wavelength.

Euglenophytes are single-celled plant-like protists that have no cell wall.

C3 plants are plants that undergo C3 photosynthesis, which means that they undergo the Calvin cycle (converting carbon dioxide into energy) in their chloroplasts and typically keep their stomata open during the day. These are the most common types of plants.

In C3 plants the conservation of water promotes Photorespiration.

Economic resources include land, labour, capital and entrepreneurship. 

Entrepreneurship is also considered an economic resource because individuals are responsible for creating businesses and moving economic resources in the business environment.

These economic resources are also called as Factors of production.
